🔁 Refund Policy
All purchases made on Funds.Pro are final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below:
✅ Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Duplicate Charges - If you’ve been charged more than once for the same purchase, we will process a full refund for the additional charge(s).
Technical Payment Errors - If a technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the product after successful payment.
Transaction Failures - If funds were deducted but the product wasn’t delivered and our team is unable to manually activate it within 48 hours.
💬 Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the original transaction with valid proof (e.g. payment screenshots, invoice numbers).
❌ Non-Refundable Cases:
If you have already started trading in the evaluation/challenge account.
If your account was violated or breached due to rule-breaking or suspicious activity.
If the profit target wasn’t met or the evaluation was failed.
Change of mind or user error during sign-up or payment.
Refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction with trading conditions or platform rules already available on the website.

🔄 Cancellation Policy
All evaluation accounts are delivered instantly upon payment. As digital products:
We do not accept cancellations once the challenge has been activated.
You are responsible for understanding the product you are purchasing. Please read all descriptions and terms carefully before completing the transaction or making any payments.
⚖️ Disputes & Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in permanent ban from all future access to Funds.Pro products and services. We encourage open communication and are always willing to help resolve genuine concerns.
